Existing Clients

• Please open a support request through our Client Portal
• Provide your EIN (usually looks like XX-XXXXXXX) in the ticket
• Clarify which service you would like the discount on

New Clients

• In your quote, please provide your non-profit business name, the state it’s registered in, and your EIN (usually looks like XX-XXXXXXX)
• Submit your quote

In your quote, the price will go down. We will make sure to tell you the original price of your services BEFORE the non-profit discount.
